Under our property management service we can take care of all of this on your behalf.

What We Do

Oversee the Day-to-Day Management of the Property

Organise Repairs such as broken boilers

Visit the Property Once a Year

Portable Appliance Test

Collate and Handover all Necessary Reports, Certificates and Instruction Manuals

Provide Utility Suppliers Meter Readings at the Tenancy Start and End Dates

Manage the End of Tenancy Process including Claims for Damages and Ensuring a Smooth Transition to the Next Tenant

Organise All Necessary Safety Checks including Gas Safety, Electrical Installation Certificate and

Organise Check-in/Check-out Reports and Inventory Schedules if requested

Our Fees

Management Only Service

We charge a one-off transfer fee of £350 and have an ongoing charge of 5% of the rent payable.

 

We also request a working fund to be maintained in order to efficiently organise repairs and pay contractors. 

Lettings and Management
We offer a combined lettings and management service a discounted rate of 7.5% of rent payable.
